Cancellation & Refund Policy

IMPORTANT POLICY STATEMENT: All donations made to Maratha Life Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable under any circumstances.

1. Non-Refundable Nature of Donations

As a registered non-profit organization serving critical societal needs, every contribution is immediately allocated to our ongoing charitable initiatives on the ground. Therefore, Maratha Life Foundation strictly adheres to a no-refund and no-cancellation policy. All donations made to Maratha Life Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Exceptions for Technical Errors

A request for a refund will only be considered strictly under the following exceptional circumstances:

Duplicate Transaction: If your card or account was charged twice or more for the exact same transaction due to a payment gateway error.
Technical System Error: Any other verifiable technical failure on our payment processing system that resulted in an unintended deduction.

Any such exceptions are approved entirely at the discretion of the Maratha Life Foundation management after proper verification.

3. Right to Reject Requests

Maratha Life Foundation reserves the absolute and full right to reject any refund requests that do not strictly meet the criteria of a technical duplication or technical error, or requests made without sufficient proof within 3 (three) working days of the transaction.

4. Dispute Process

If you believe a duplicate transaction occurred, please write to us directly at marathalifefoundation96@gmail.com with your transaction ID and bank statement highlighting the duplicate charge.
